SMART BUILDING
Each apartment in the Laguna is wired for telephone, digital internet, and television service. Residents receive free over-air television service including high definition channels. The building is pre-wired for master satellite service, and residents may individually subscribe for a broader range of channel options. Free internet service is provided to each apartment.
For resident security, building access is controlled by a keyless electronic fob entry system at the Sunset and Myra pedestrian entrances and the garage gate. A system of security cameras has been installed to provide 24-hour surveillance of the building entrances, perimeter, garage, and common areas.
