COMMUNITY ROOM
The Laguna includes a variety of community spaces designed to provide residents with an opportunity for interaction, active entertainment, or quiet past-times.
The main community room is located overlooking Sunset Boulevard and includes an outdoor patio, common kitchen, and tables for community gatherings or shared meals.
Adjacent to this room, a separate Media Room is equipped with a large flat-screen television with high-definition satellite service, DVD and CD player, and lounge seating.
While we encourage group interaction among our residents, we recognize that
sometimes individual activities and small gatherings are more desirable. For this reason, additional seating areas with sofas, chairs, and furnishings have been positioned on each floor of the building and include tables for small gatherings, games, and crafts.
