Rates & Requirements
The Laguna was developed with the financial assistance of several public agencies that restrict occupancy to low income seniors. We offer two categories of units.
23 of our units are restricted to seniors with HIV/AIDS or another qualifying disability who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness. These residents will receive supportive services through Project New Hope and applicants must earn less than 20% - 35% of state median income annually.
Our remaining 41 units are available without a disability requirement, but are restricted to seniors with household incomes that do not exceed 60% of area median income.
